WT Building Services Ltd was established in 2006 by the two Directors, Stephen Whitelegg and David Tattersall.

WT Building Services Ltd is a nationwide operating company, with over 50 Years combined experience within the Heating and Ventilation Industry. This company is currently one of five principle contractors to McDonalds Restaurants and has successfully completed projects to clients such as:- RBS, NatWest, Santander UK & Channel Islands, Alliance & Leicester, Bradford & Bingley, Pochins, Walter Carefoot Ltd, Lancashire & Greater Manchester Constabularies, including several NHS primary care trust projects.

WT Building Services Ltd is also a leading provider of ventilation ductwork, Air conditioning and all other aspects of HVAC requirements. Alongside the standard range of HVAC DW144 ductwork, WT Building Services Ltd can also offer the design, manufacture and installation of fully welded mild and stainless steel constructions for use in the catering, leisure, pharmaceutical and process industries.
